Return & Replacement

  • Please examine your chair upon you receive it to ensure there are no issues with the items before assembling.

  • If you discover any defective parts or encounter quality issues, kindly email hi@newtralchair.store with images/videos of the problem. Our support team will assist you in resolving the issue.

  • If the matter requires assessment by our technical team, we will guide you on returning the product. Depending on the issue, we will provide an exchange, replacement, or repair service for the item(s).


Received the Wrong Layout/Version

If you receive a product with the incorrect layout or version, please send an image of the product along with the order number/tracking number to hi@newtralchair.store within 7 days of delivery.




2-Year Warranty

At Newtral, we have confidence in the quality and durability of our products. Therefore, we proudly offer a 2-year warranty for our Newtral MagicH chairs. We stand behind the craftsmanship and materials used in every chair, ensuring you enjoy a worry-free seating experience. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects or issues during the specified period, demonstrating our commitment to your satisfaction and comfort.

What Our 2-Year Limited Warranty Covers:

  • Missing materials at the time of delivery

  • Defects in manufacturing materials at the time of delivery

  • Major defects in the functionality of the gas piston, armrests, backrest recline, and casters

Duration of Warranty: 2 Years


How to Make a Warranty Claim:

  • Provide your order number for validation and submit your claims to hi@newtralchair.store.

  • Include clear pictures or videos of the alleged defect. Failure to provide necessary images may result in the assumption that the claim cannot be substantiated or has been abandoned.

  • Replacements may slightly differ in appearance due to hand-finishing some parts. Replacement items are warranted until the end of the original warranty period or 30 days from the replacement items' receipt date.

  • For out-of-warranty replacements, you will be responsible for replacement part costs if available in your local warehouse. These costs include handling, transport, packaging, shipment charges, and customs duty.
